Welcome to the Interagency Coordinating Council (ICC) for Infants and Toddlers! The ICC works with the Arizona Early Intervention Program (AzEIP) to support young children with developmental delays and their families. We help improve access to early intervention services by bringing together families, community partners, and agencies to ensure children and families get the support they need to grow and thrive. Parents are encouraged to share their AzEIP experiences to help make a difference.
The ICC and DES/AzEIP partner together to address policy barriers to timely services, identify opportunities to coordinate services between public agencies and promote key principles that support children’s learning and development. A report on Arizona early intervention services is published and posted annually for review.
Membership on standing committees, other than the Executive Committee, is open to interested people regardless of membership status on the ICC.
The purpose of this committee is to ensure AzEIP families have the tools to share concerns and improvements.
The purpose of this committee is to ensure that core team members and families are supported with quality resources surrounding the transition process.
The purpose of this committee is to engage providers to collaborate on building awareness of funding needs for AzEIP.
The purpose of this committee is to review ICC composition, recruit potential members, and make recommendations to fill vacancies to assume compliance with IDEA and ICC ability to effectively perform its duties.
