Submit Comments on DES Rules

You may use this form to provide your informal stakeholder input or formal public comments on proposed DES rules. You can also send us your comments by mail or email.

• We recommend that you type your comments in a blank word processing document and copy them to this form.
• Because of space limitations in this form, we recommend that you submit longer comments via mail or email.
• Comments will be addressed through the revision of the rules as appropriate and not as individual responses to each comment.
• We are required to submit to the Governor’s Regulatory Review Council (GRRC) all public comments received during the formal public comment period.
