Office of Program Evaluation
The Office of Program Evaluation (OPE), within the Division of Benefits and Medical Eligibility (DBME), evaluates eligibility and management practices through the application of approved quality control and performance measurements for the following programs administered by the Family Assistance Administration (FAA) within the State of Arizona:
- Nutrition Assistance (NA) (Formerly Food Stamps)
OPE receives direction from the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Food and Nutrition Service (FNS) for program administration.
OPE partners with the Family Assistance Administration in improving quality performance through the evaluation of programs.
OPE consists of two sections:
