Recognizing Abilities, Creating Opportunities
Arizona Rehabilitation Services Administration (RSA) assists individuals who have disabilities to overcome barriers to employment and become as economically independent as possible.
Vocational Rehabilitation Program (VR, Voc Rehab)
The Vocational Rehabilitation program provides services to individuals with disabilities, with the goal to prepare for, enter into, or retain employment. Services provided by VR may include, but are not limited to, vocational evaluation, job training, job search, job placement, transportation, job site modification, self-employment and entrepreneurial activities.
Business Enterprise Program (BEP)
The Business Enterprise Program provides opportunities for individuals in the VR program who are blind or visually impaired to operate merchandising businesses, including vending machines and food service facilities, under Federal and State agency management.
Older Individuals who are Blind Program (OIB)
The Older Individuals who are Blind program provides evaluation and instruction to persons with blindness or vision impairments in the areas of orientation and mobility, communication skills, and personal home management.
