Our vision for the Arizona CSPD is an equitable and accessible early childhood personnel development system informed by evidence-based practices that strengthens all Arizona children and their families.
Our mission is to have an early childhood comprehensive system of personnel development that will support a unified cross-disciplinary early childhood workforce in Arizona that serves children and families in the contexts of inclusion, access, and equity through creative and collaborative system building.
We are looking for professionals from Head Start, early intervention, early childhood special education, institutes of higher education, partnering state agencies involved in Arizona's child care systems, and parents of children with disabilities to help build and improve the early childhood special education personnel system to support children with disabilities and their families.
