The purpose of the Division of Aging and Adult Services Policy and Procedure Manual is to document the program policies and requirements implemented by the Division of Aging and Adult Services for program contractors. The manual provides information regarding the administrative standards of Area Agencies on Aging, Area Plans on Aging, and Services and Programs for Arizonans. Policy changes can stem from several sources, including recently promulgated or revised Federal and State regulations, changes in accepted standards of practice, and emerging technology.
