The E75 program recognizes and celebrates employers who recruit, hire, train and retain employees who are blind or visually impaired. Nominated employers will all be celebrated at an annual event!
The next E75 event date has not yet been announced. Please check back for more information on when that will be, and how to nominate employers who have demonstrated their support for the blind and visually impaired (BVI) community.
The three E’s in E75 represent:
Eliminate the wasteful underutilization of the estimated 70 to 75% of people who are blind or visually impaired and not employed
Employ the qualified, employment-ready individuals who are BVI and an untapped resource for employers wanting to strengthen their organizations.
Empower people who are blind or visually impaired, and businesses to achieve excellence.

The DES Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) program provides a variety of services to persons with disabilities, with the ultimate goal to prepare for, enter into, or retain employment.
