Five-Year Strategic Plan
The Arizona Department of Economic Security (DES) Five-Year Strategic Plan, identifies the overall long-term strategic direction and the major initiatives of DES. The plan provides a description of DES and conveys the DES vision and mission. It also includes goals, strategies, performance measures, strategic issues, and resource assumptions. In addition to articulating strategic direction and initiatives, the plan serves as a management tool to track performance and outcomes. Below is the list of Five-Year Strategic Plans:
