In accordance with 45 CFR §400.5 (h) the state convenes quarterly meetings that provide opportunity for representatives of local refugee resettlement agencies, local community service agencies and others refugee-serving agencies to meet with representatives of state and local governments to plan and coordinate the appropriate placement of refugees in advance of their arrival.
To better facilitate this, as well as to advance greater coordination of refugee resettlement efforts, Quarterly Meetings convene virtually with all stakeholders. RRP also now holds two Semi-Annual Meetings which are open to the public.
