Training, Education, and Outreach
Welcome to the Adult Protective Services Training, Education, and Outreach page. The following training opportunities and materials are provided at no cost to you in order to offer support and education statewide. In person presentations are available by emailing our Community Outreach Coordinator. Thank you for helping us keep our most vulnerable Arizonans safe.

Reporting to Adult Protective Services: Recognizing and Reporting Maltreatment Training
As a community, we all have a responsibility to ensure the safety of our most vulnerable populations, but some people are required by law to make a report to Adult Protective Services (APS) if they suspect maltreatment (Arizona Revised Statute § 46-454). This training outlines the process of an APS investigation, how to make a report, and defines who are Mandated Reporters. The training runs for approximately 60 minutes. Proof of completion will be emailed to you after successful completion of the training and the quiz.
