AzEIP Family Survey
A family survey is given to all families who have been served by AzEIP for six months or more, as the child turns age three, or is exiting AzEIP for any reason. AzEIP relies on responses from families to meet federal reporting requirements. We are required to report the percentage of families who report early intervention services helped their family to:
- Know their rights.
- Effectively communicate their children's needs.
- Help their children develop and learn.

Interagency Coordinating Council for Infants & Toddlers
The Interagency Coordinating Council (ICC) advises and assists the Arizona Early Intervention Program to promote and improve early intervention for families and professionals.
Families are invited to share their experiences and suggestions for improvement to the system and processes, and are welcome to attend public meetings or become an active part of this group to share their expertise. Visit the AZ Early Childhood Community ICC Facebook page.
