Qualified Vendor Training

This training covers the requirements and responsibilities of instructors that teach the rights of individuals with developmental disabilities and is available for all Qualified Vendor Agency Trainers in order to become certified as an Article 9 instructor.

Application packets must be submitted to[email protected] no later than 14 days prior to clinic date requested. This clinic is limited to 8 participants.

Article 9 Recertification is being done by observation. Please submit the application to [email protected] to get scheduled.

This training teaches the requirements, components, and writing of behavior plans for submittal to the Program Review Committee (PRC). It is available to all Qualified Vendor agencies.

To register for a Developing Behavior Plans Workshop, send email request to [email protected] Subject line – Developing Behavior Plan Workshop, with workshop participant’s name, email address and workshop dates requested.

This training covers appropriate interactions with prospective licensees, Quick Connect entry as it pertains to initial and renewal home studies, as well as techniques for writing a home study and avoiding Additional Information Requests. It is available to new or veteran licensing workers and their supervisors.

Prerequisite to register for this course - Access to Quick Connect.

To register for the Home Studies and Family Assessment training, send an email to the OLCR Training Unit with the subject line: Home Studies & Family Assessment training and training date. The email should include the participant’s name and email address.

This training covers the requirements to pass a Life-Safety Inspection outlined in the Arizona Administrative Code (A.A.C. R6-18-701 et. seq.) It is available to administrative HCBS staff or licensing staff from any HCBS-certified Qualified Vendor agency.

Quick Connect (QC) Training covers the three agency roles and the functions each role has permission to perform in QC. This training provides hands-on QC learning opportunities and includes a guide with step-by-step instructions and images.

Max: 10 participants per training session.
