The Department of Economic Security, Division of Developmental Disabilities is seeking Qualified Vendors to provide Home and Community-based Services (HCBS) through its Request for Qualified Vendor Application (RFQVA) DDD-2024 (“contract”). In alignment with A.A.C. R6-6-2101-2119 (“Article 21”), the Division has identified the services and supports anticipated to be needed by Members throughout the state. Responses to the RFQVA may be submitted by an applicant to the Division at any time during the time period the request is posted to the Division website and identified as being open.
The services open for solicitation beginning January 1, 2025 and the areas where the service need is anticipated, are listed below.

Download the Contract Action Fact Sheet from the Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD or Division) Contract Action Unit (CAU) that details information about the DDD Contract Action process for a Qualified Vendor (QV). DDD wants QV’s to have a clearer understanding of their contractual obligations and the DDD Contract Action process. The Contract Action Unit assists the Division to ensure ongoing compliance with, and accountability for, the legal and contractual obligations under the Qualified Vendor Agreement (QVA or Agreement).
