The Jobs Program is Arizona’s mandatory employment and training program for work-eligible individuals, generally adults, in households receiving Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) Cash Assistance. The program engages TANF Jobs Program participants in work-related activities to increase their employable skill set.
A TANF Jobs Program participant in an unpaid work activity cannot replace (cause the displacement of) current employees.
Displacement includes the assignment of a TANF Jobs Program participant to a position that:

If you feel like your employer has violated your rights under the TANF Jobs Program agreement, you can file a formal complaint to report a grievance by completing the secure digital form within 20 days of the alleged displacement incident.
