Emailing information and photos:

When emailing photos of documents or other information, please be sure the documents are filled out in their entirety and the images are clear.

Emails should be sent to your local office and the subject line should include your full name and client ID Number.

If you have changed child care providers:

Please email your local office with your full name and client ID Number in the subject line. In the body of the email, please include the following:

• Name of the new provider
• Provider address
• Provider phone number
• Name of children, and
• The date you started with the new provider

If you need additional assistance, please email or call your local office and your question will be forwarded to your case manager.
