Are you wondering how you can get your child support payments?
You can receive your payments in one of two ways, either a debit card (Electronic Payment Card), or direct deposit.
Electronic Payment Card
If you choose a debit card, child support payments are transferred to a card that can be used anywhere debit cards are accepted or at any Automated Teller Machine (ATM) worldwide.
Good to know: DCSS can only fund the card with money that is received. If no money is received, then there will not be any deposits made to the card.
Direct Deposit
You can also choose direct deposit to have payments automatically deposited in your personal checking or savings account.
Fill out the Electronic Payment Authorization to sign up, stop, or change your direct deposit or EPC.
Then, return the signed form to:
Arizona State Disbursement Unit
Electronic Payment Authorization Unit
P.O. Box 36626
Phoenix, AZ 85067-6626
