The purpose of the Child and Community Services Division (CCSD) Community Partner Reference Manual is to provide a consolidated, supplementary tool for viewing CCSD policies, community outreach materials, and other official resources and guidance for CCSD for Community Services Program partners. This Manual is not intended to be an index for every Program document used by partners, nor be a substitute for contractual, program, or policy guidance. Contractors and community partners are encouraged to regularly review the items linked in this Manual to verify use of most current key Community Services Program documents.
Please note that forms for use in administration of Community Services Programs are not maintained in this Manual. To locate forms related to a CCSD Program, please refer to the Program webpage or the DES Documents Center. Forms should be completed and submitted in accordance with the guidance applicable to the form. For questions or feedback regarding any CCSD forms, or if a specific form you are searching for is not available, please contact your Program representative.
