  • Payment Information Inquiries - If you have an existing claim, this option will provide: the latest benefit payment made to you (or information about the last week you filed if you did not receive a payment) and the balance remaining on your current claim. Payment information is also available online.
  • Prior Calendar Year Payment Information - This option allows you to obtain payment information for income tax purposes.
