UI Benefits Claims Pin or Password Reset

To access the Unemployment Benefits claims system, you will need a Personal Identification Number (PIN) and Password. If you lose either, you can reset it on the UI Weekly Claim Filing System.

Login using your social security number
Click on the corresponding tabs (see below)
Enter the required information regarding your UI Benefit claim that is on file with DES.

*Your weekly benefit amount must be entered in this format xxx.xx (320.00) and in the gross amount. For example, if your benefits are 320.00 per week, 320.00 would be the gross amount (before taxes), and 285.00 would be after taxes.

If you have attempted to create, reset or change your PIN several times and are having trouble, contact the UI Call Center for assistance.
