Dial-a-Ride is a type of public transportation. Dial-a-Ride services are in the metro Phoenix area. You may be picked up in a van or small bus. All Dial-A-Ride vehicles have graphics that identify them as Dial-A-Ride. The driver will pick you up and drop you off at the curb or at the door. Other people may be transported with you.

Call (602) 716-2100 and ask about the ADA Paratransit Application and how to get a Dial-A-Ride pass.
The Dial-A-Ride staff decides if a Personal Care Attendant or caregiver can ride with you. The staff includes this when deciding if you get a pass. There is no cost to the caregiver to ride. The caregiver needs to be with you when you are picked up and dropped off.
