In 2017, the Arizona Department of Economic Security (DES) and the Arizona Department of Corrections, Rehabilitation and Reentry (ADCRR) began working together.
They help people who are in prison or on parole get ready to return to their communities.
The goal is to give people a second chance and help them succeed after release.
Since the program started, thousands of people have received help through Second Chance Centers, Reentry Centers, Parole Offices, and DES and ARIZONA@WORK offices across Arizona.
ARIZONA@WORK helps justice involved job seekers get ready for work. Services include resume and interview preparation, job training, and other employment support.
