If you receive a message indicating that there is no record of your Social Security Number, the system is missing two or more of your most recent weekly claims (meaning that the two previous consecutive benefit weeks were not submitted for processing/payment in a timely manner).
You must continue to file each benefit week as long as you are unemployed, meet all eligibility requirements and wish to make a claim for benefits. If you do not file your weekly claims in a timely manner, the weeks are deleted from the database and you will need to telephone the AZ Unemployment Insurance Call Center to resume timely filing.
You must file between Sunday 12:01 a.m. and Friday 6 p.m. Note: the days/hours change during holiday weeks, see When to File for details.
