IRME is used ONLY for receiving and responding to Wage/Earnings Audit Notices (WANs). For information on how to receive and respond to Notice to Employer (UB-110) forms regarding separation information for former employees, please visit our UI State Information Data Exchange System page. |
The Arizona Internet Response Module for Employers (IRME) is an internet-based application which allows employers to respond to Unemployment Insurance Wage/Earnings Audit Notices (WANs) via Internet. IRME uses a secure Agency web site which allows employers to report wages earned during a particular UI benefit week which then processes the wage data directly into the agency's Benefit Audit, Reporting and Tracking System (BARTS).
You can electronically create a document of the completed WAN for your records. You may also choose to receive notification of a pending WAN electronically via email. This can be done by either adding or updating the email address to which the email will be sent. You have the option of printing and mailing the paper WAN form or responding electronically through IRME. You have 5 business days from the date of receipt of the audit form to respond to the requested information. Please review the form carefully and complete all entries as appropriate. The claim week begins on Sunday and ends on Saturday. If your payroll is different from the seven day calendar week requested on this form, you may use the convenient “Prorate Wages” option in IRME to complete the requested information.
To access IRME, you will need your Arizona Unemployment Account Number and a unique password that you have created.
For assistance in identifying either your Arizona Unemployment Account Number or your FEIN, please contact the Employer Registration Unit at (602) 771-6602 or [email protected]. For security purposes, you are required to change your password every thirty days. You can do this at any time by clicking on the “change password” link on the log in page.
More information outlining the different options within IRME may be viewed in our HELP document. Problems with the IRME system may be reported to the Help Desk at (602) 542-2460.
