MyDES Connect notifications are personalized text and email messages sent by DES to help you through the Nutrition Assistance and Cash Assistance application process. MyDES Connect keeps you informed on when and how to:
- Complete your renewal
- Complete your interview
- Provide your verification documents
- Provide your Mid Approval Contact (MAC) form
To sign up for MyDES Connect:
- Make sure we have your current cell phone number and email address on file. You can add or update your phone number and email address to your case online using your MyFamilyBenefits or Health-e-Arizona Plus account, or you can call (855) 432-7587.
- Next, send us a text from the same number that’s on your case.
- To get MyDES Connect text messages, text JOINFAA to 86684 (For Spanish text messages, text UNIRFAA to 86684)
- To get MyDES Connect email messages, text EMAIL and your email address to 86684
MyDES Connect texts will be sent from the 86684 number. Save this number to your contacts! We will only text you information about your application and benefits. We will NOT text you for your personal details, account login, or other sensitive information.
