Request for Receiving Notification of a Notice of Docket Opening or Proposed Rulemaking Filed with the Secretary of State

In accordance with Arizona Revised Statutes (A.R.S.) § 41- 1021.02, the Department has posted the 2025 Regulatory Agenda. This agenda lists rule packages the Department anticipates working on during the 2025 calendar year.

If you would like to receive notification regarding a Notice of Docket Opening or Notice of Proposed Rulemaking that the Department has filed with the Secretary of State's Office, please complete the Request for Notification of Rulemaking Activity web form.

Any request for receiving notification of a Notice of Document Opening or Notice of Proposed Rulemaking that has been filed with the Secretary of State's Office is valid until January 30 of each even-numbered year. If you would like to continue to receive notification of a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking that has been filed with the Secretary of State's Office for a specific rules package, you will need to renew your request.
