In September 2019, the Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) partnered with Burns & Associates Inc. to improve the quality of services that our members receive. A new, Qualified Vendor Agreement (QVA) has been developed with input from stakeholders including Qualified Vendors, members, families and other organizations. The Division intends to end the current Agreement, RFQVA DDD-710000, and implement the new Agreement, RFQVA DDD-2024, in July 2024. Additional information about the new contract is available on the Division's New Contract for Home and Community Based Services (RFQVA DDD-2024) web page.
The Division posts a rate book that defines the rate for each service. Current and archive rate books can be found on the Authorizations, Rates and Billing page.
Qualified Vendors will be receiving an email with attachment from [email protected] containing the RFQVA DDD-710000 - Amendment #9 which will be effective as of August 15, 2022. Please access the documents for Amendment #9 by opening the email and downloading the attachment. Please follow the instructions provided. Please see the instructions for the due date by which the Division must receive the signed amendment. A signed amendment must be received by the Division by September 30, 2022.
Any questions regarding the amendment may be emailed to [email protected].

Download the Contract Action Fact Sheet from the Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD or Division) Contract Action Unit (CAU) that details information about the DDD Contract Action process for a Qualified Vendor (QV). DDD wants QV’s to have a clearer understanding of their contractual obligations and the DDD Contract Action process. The Contract Action Unit assists the Division to ensure ongoing compliance with, and accountability for, the legal and contractual obligations under the Qualified Vendor Agreement (QVA or Agreement).
