Notice of Public Meeting and Agenda

Per A.R.S. § 38-431.02, notice is given to members of the DDD Member Advocacy Council and to the general public that the Council will hold a meeting. The meeting will be open to the public, on October 23, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. This meeting will be held virtually. Instructions on how to join the meeting are below.

Note: Members of the public do not need a Zoom account to join.

Members of the public must keep their microphones muted unless invited to speak.

The Council allows time for public comment. Members may not discuss items that are not specifically identified on the agenda. Therefore, per A.R.S. § 38-431.02(H), action taken as a result of public comment will be limited to:

• Directing staff to study the matter
• Responding to any criticism, or
• Scheduling the matter for further consideration and decision at a later date.
