The Restaurant Meals Program is a Nutrition Assistance (NA) program that allows certain participants to use their EBT QUEST card to purchase prepared meals from participating restaurants. This may also include the deli section of a participating grocery store. This program is available to an NA household if every person in the household meets one or more of the following conditions:
- Disabled - the person is receiving Social Security benefits; Railroad Retirement benefits Annuities; or other disability payments.
- Elderly - the person is 60 years of age or older.
- Homeless - the person does not have a fixed or regular nighttime residence.

To get started or to renew participation, download the forms Restaurant Meals Program Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) and the Application for Meal Services. Complete the forms and mail them to the address on the MOU.
