Training providers are required to submit programs for review and approval to be included on the ETPL. Training providers must offer training programs related to occupations in demand in the state and programs that lead to recognized postsecondary credentials. One or more courses or classes that provide the training services must lead to:
- An industry-recognized certificate or certification, a certificate of completion of a registered apprenticeship, a license recognized by the State involved or the Federal government, an associate or baccalaureate degree;
- A secondary school diploma or its equivalent; or
- Employment
Training providers must provide student performance data as part of the initial ETPL application and annual reporting for the ETPL Annual Performance Reports for each program year thereafter in which you remain on the ETPL. The in-demand ratings will be updated periodically to reflect emerging in-demand occupations. All training provider programs will be reviewed annually and are required to meet accountability, quality, performance, and labor-market relevance standards to remain on the ETPL.
