Through the Arizona Diaper Program, eligible households may receive up to two boxes (164 units per box) of product per eligible individual, per month, or as deemed reasonable by the administering Community Action Agencies. Eligible individuals can include children 6 years or younger, adults 60 or older, and individuals with disabilities.
Most daycares and early education programs require a full day's worth of diapers in order for a child to attend. Through the Arizona Diaper Program, children and parents can have greater access to child care, allowing them to participate in more educational and employment opportunities.
Incontinence can be life-altering, leading to early retirement or social withdrawal, depression, and loss of independent function, especially for low-income seniors and their caregivers who cannot afford to purchase adult incontinence products. The Arizona Diaper Program can give them the resources to live a more comfortable and independent life.
Overall, diaper support has been found to reduce economic stress, increase workforce participation, increase family income, and improve both children's and caretakers’ health and well-being.

Benefits are paid in the form of products, not money or vouchers. Product distribution to beneficiaries is solely provided by Community Action Agencies.
The Program will be in effect from 02/09/2024 to 06/30/2025, or until funds are exhausted.
