The Arizona Department of Economic Security (DES), Division of Employment and Rehabilitation Services (DERS), Rehabilitation Services Administration (RSA) is seeking public comment on proposed changes to the following sections of the Vocational Rehabilitation Policy Manual, resulting from the revision of Title 6, Chapter 4 of the Arizona Administrative Code (6 A.A.C. 4), Department of Economic Security - Rehabilitation Services, and programmatic decisions:

• Chapter 3, Section 3.2: Eligibility and Order of Selection (policy amendment)
• Chapter 5, Section 5.1: Closure Criteria (policy revision)
• Chapter 7, Section 7.3: Economic Need (policy revision)

  • Section 15.2: Informal Review (policy revision)
  • Section 15.3: Mediation (policy revision)
  • Section 15.4: Fair Hearing (policy revision)
