The Arizona Apprenticeship Program offers Registered Apprenticeships in various industries throughout the state. Participants can learn new trades while earning a competitive wage. Whether you're looking to break into a new field or are interested in developing a Registered Apprenticeship Program (RAP), we can help.
Known as "the other four-year degree," apprenticeships give participants the unique opportunity of learning a new trade while also receiving a salary and a nationally-recognized completion certificate to help them launch a new career.
To apply for a Registered Apprenticeship Program, review the active programs list, identify the job you want, and contact the representative to learn how to apply.
Employers with Registered Apprenticeship programs have the opportunity to develop and retain a skilled and loyal labor force while also reducing turnover, creating a more diverse workforce.
