The 2020/2021 school year Pandemic EBT (P-EBT) program has ended. The Arizona Department of Education (ADE) is no longer accepting student data from school districts to provide to DES for school year 2020/2021 P-EBT eligibility.
Please ensure you have completed and turned in the 2021/2022 school year National School Lunch Program household application to your school to determine any future P-EBT eligibility.

To see the 2020/2021 school year P-EBT learning model that was reported from ADE for your child’s school for any given month , see the Learning Models for P-EBT by Month report. Months on the report that are blank and unshaded means the school has not reported to ADE the learning model for their school, and no P-EBT payments can be made for students at that school.
You can check your balance by using the free and secure mobile app, ebtEDGE, available in the Apple App Store (iOS) and Google Play Store (Android).
Additional Food Assistance
If you are not already receiving Nutrition Assistance benefits through the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, consider applying.
Additionally, DES and its community partners offer other food assistance programs to increase food security and reduce hunger by providing children, low-income individuals, and seniors with access to nutritious food. More information about these programs can be found here.
