Join us for a day of self-care, learning, and community! DDD is hosting its second annual Self Care for Caregivers conference for caregivers who support people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This includes parents, family caregivers, and direct support professionals. There is no cost to attend.
The event will have presentations from experts in self-care and mental health. There will be speakers, workshops, a variety of exhibitors sharing information and resources, and opportunities to network with others.
The conference's goals are to provide information about resiliency, how to avoid burnout, how to maintain mental, emotional, and physical well-being, and just to have some fun during our time together.
Take the first step towards a happier, healthier you. We feature presentations from experts in self-care and mental health. We can’t wait to see you there!
In order to ensure access to as many participants as possible, we ask that you only register to attend either the Tucson or Phoenix Conference, not both.
Note: Caregivers who need help finding respite care while attending should contact their DDD Support Coordinators.
