For claim and payment status information, you will need your four-digit Personal Identification Number (PIN).

How to Reset or Create Your PIN

To reset or create your PIN:

  1. Log in to your CACTUS portal
  2. In My Workspace section, click on your name. This takes you to a General Information page.
  3. In the Login Information section, go to the PIN ID field to enter a 4-digit number.
  4. Click the Save button at the bottom of the page.
  5. When the system asks "Are you sure you want to save these changes?", click the Ok button.
  6. When the system says "Your information has been saved successfully," click the Ok button.

Debit Card Information

Beginning September 23, 2021, all Unemployment Insurance (UI) benefit payments and Child Support payments will automatically be deposited to Way2Go Card® issued by Comerica.

How to Repay an Unemployment Insurance Benefit Overpayment

Make a Payment Online

You can use the DES Online Payment System to make a payment.

Items you will need to pay online:

  • A valid credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express)
  • Your DES Account Number (the ten-digit number shown on your billing statement)
