Are you on SNAP benefits and need support to overcome barriers to employment? The Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program Career Advancement Network (SNAP CAN) can help you acquire new skills, training, and work experience to better increase employment opportunities that lead to economic independence.
Support services are offered at no cost to our participants. SNAP CAN Providers can help cover expenses like child care, training material, clothing for job interviews, work uniforms, equipment for a job, cell phone or internet bills, laptop, hotspot, and more.
As a SNAP recipient, you can contact a SNAP CAN Provider directly and inform them you would like to participate in their voluntary SNAP CAN program.

Eligibility Requirement
You must be 16 years of age or older, be receiving Nutrition Assistance (Formerly the Food Stamp Program), and not on TANF Cash Assistance.
If you don't know where to start, complete our SNAP CAN Provider tool and a SNAP CAN Specialist will assist you in finding a SNAP CAN Provider.
