Electronic Reporting and Payment Options

You can file quarterly tax and wage reports and make payments online. Review the following options to determine which is best for your business.

The Tax and Wage System (TWS) - Online Reporting, Payments, and Filing Reports of Changes

Use the online Tax and Wage System (TWS) to:

  • File a quarterly wage report.
  • Make payments.
  • View and print previously filed documents.

You can file wage reports for 1 to 34,000 employees. You can also file a zero-wage report if your business had no employees and paid no wages.

Arizona UI Tax Reporting for Employers (AZURE) Bulk File Upload (Server to Server) System for Any Size File Transfer 

Use AZURE to:

  • Upload one or multiple quarterly Unemployment Tax and Wage Reports in XML format.
  • Submit Automated Clearing House (ACH) credit payments.
  • Transfer files using a Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) process.

Testing is required before using AZURE. This helps ensure your files are in the correct format and can be processed. Please ensure that you submit your application with adequate time prior to a filing month to enable you to utilize this method.

Making Electronic Payments

You can make electronic payments with your Quarterly Tax and Wage Report or separately.
