The DES Child Care Assistance team has expanded virtual services to support you.
- Applications and renewals for benefits can be submitted online through the A-to-Z Arizona portal.
- Additional documents for your application and reporting changes can also be submitted online through the A-to-Z Arizona portal.
- Information and documents can also be submitted by email to [email protected]. When sending an email, include your full name and client ID number on the subject line so your case can be correctly identified.

Emailing information and photos:
When emailing photos of documents or other information, please be sure the documents are filled out in their entirety and the images are clear. Be sure to include your full name and client ID number in the subject line.
If you have changed child care providers:
Reporting your change in child care providers can be completed online through the A-to-Z portal, or you may email [email protected] with your full name and client ID Number in the subject line. In the body of the email, please include the following:
- Name of the new provider
- Provider's address
- Provider's phone number
- Name of children, and
- The date you started with the new provider
