The Arizona Department of Economic Security (ADES) has posted the following document for public comments:

August 20, 2025 through September 19, 2025

Comments Submissions

Please submit all written comments before 5pm on Friday, September 19, 2025, to Christine Shall, Acting Emergency Services Program Manager, at [email protected].

Written comments should include contact information for the person providing comments, as well as the name of any organization that person represents.

Pursuant to Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and other nondiscrimination laws and authorities, ADES does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, age, or disability.
