Recognizing Abilities, Creating Opportunities
Arizona Rehabilitation Services Administration (RSA) oversees several programs which are designed to assist eligible individuals who have disabilities to achieve employment outcomes and enhanced independence by offering comprehensive services and supports.
Vocational Rehabilitation Program (VR, Voc Rehab)
The Vocational Rehabilitation program provides services and supports in order to assist persons with disabilities to meet their employment goals.
Business Enterprise Program (BEP)
The Business Enterprise Program provides opportunities for individuals in the VR program who are blind and visually impaired to operate merchandising businesses, including vending machines and food service facilities, in public and private buildings under Federal and State agency management.
Older Individuals who are Blind Program (OIB)
The Older Individuals who are Blind program provides evaluation and instruction to persons with blindness or vision impairments in the areas of orientation and mobility, communication skills, and personal home management.
