- Arizona Management System – Cholla Pilot Project
Arizona Management System (AMS) is a results-driven approach for doing the work of state government so that every employee, at every level, with discipline, reflects daily on how they did, finds the waste, and decides how to do better going forward. By utilizing AMS tools and visual management techniques, DDD is changing the way it thinks and operates. The DDD Cholla Pilot Project is using a person-centered focus as it creates greater standardization within DDD support coordination.
