Attention Parents Responsible for Paying Child Support
Making Payments using the State of Arizona Child Support Payment Gateway
Effective immediately, the Division of Child SupportServices (DCSS) will begin accepting internet and phone payments through the “State of Arizona Child Support Payment Gateway”.
The State of Arizona Child Support Payment Gateway allows parents to pay their child support on the web and over the phone using a credit or debit card with the VISA, MASTERCARD, Discover logo, or by automatic withdrawalfrom a designated bank account.
To make a payment using any of these three options (web, phone, or in person) you may need some, or all of the following information:
- ATLAS Case Number
- Mailing address zip code
- Credit card number, or bank account and bank routing number
- Three digit verification number on the back of your credit card
- Picture ID (if paying in the local office)
First time users will need to register when they first make a payment on the web, or over the phone. To do this they will need their ATLAS case number, the last five digits of their social security number, and their mailing zip code.
DCSS does not currently charge any fees to use the State of Arizona Child Support Payment Gateway. However, your bank may charge fees associated with any of these payment options. Please check with your bank if you have any questions regarding fees.
