Support payments and handling fees must be paid to the Support Payment Clearinghouse. Methods to make your payments if your employees are not on an "Income Withholding Order" or "Wage Withholding Order" are below.
Information needed to make a payment includes employee name and ATLAS case number, employer name and contact information. If the employer is remitting a list of employees, the transmittal must reconcile to the check amount. If this information is not included, it may delay payments being sent out.
Note: Employers shall not enter a negative amount for any employee. This will cause the postings not to balance and delay payments to the parents.
