New Payment Portal for All Clients Who Pay Online or Have Automated Payments
There is a new payment portal for online child support payments. All clients will need to enroll in the new payment portal in order to continue to make payments online. Automated payments scheduled through the current platform will stop updating on October 1, 2018. To continue using automated payments, you will need to reestablish a payment schedule through the new payment portal. To enroll in the new platform, please visit the new State of Arizona Department of Economic Security Online Bill Payment portal.

The Arizona Department of Economic Security's Division of Child Support Services (DCSS) may be holding unclaimed money that belongs to you. The DCSS may not have had a current address at the time a payment/refund was sent to you, therefore the DCSS was unable to forward funds. If you have a child support case or have had a child support case with Arizona and believe you may be due monies from the unclaimed funds account please visit the Arizona Unclaimed Child Support Payments website for a guide through your claim.
Pay Child Support in Cash at CVS, Family Dollar and 7-Eleven with TouchPay Walk-In Retail
DCSS is now offering another way to make a cash payment for child support without having to go to a Child Support Office. Partnering with TouchPay, the provider of the payment kiosks at some AZ DCSS offices, Walk-In Retail is designed for noncustodial parents who prefer to pay with cash at a participating retailer in your neighborhood.
To make a Walk-In Retail payment at CVS, Family Dollar or 7-Eleven, go to PayInCashNow.com to get your DCSS PaySlip with your personal barcode. Present the barcode – either on a smart phone or on a printed PaySlip – to any cashier to be scanned at the counter. Reuse the barcode for future payments or get a new one, as needed. Just Scan, Pay and Go! Your receipt will show the amount applied to child support, plus a $2.49 transaction fee, and the total amount paid.

Arrears Forgiveness Opportunity
The DES Division of Child Support Services (DCSS) recognizes that there are certain circumstances that make it difficult for noncustodial parents to meet their child support obligations. To help with these situations, the DCSS offers a customer incentive program including a GED/back-to-school incentive and a hardship/forgiveness program.
- GED/back-to-school incentive program
The DCSS support parents who owe child support in furthering their education. If you go back to school to get your High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) any time after July 1, 2014, you may be eligible for a reduction of the monies owed to the DCSS. See the GED Back-To-School Incentive Program for more information.
The DCSS understands that under certain circumstances, noncustodial parents may face challenges that permanently affects their ability to pay current or past-due (arrears) child support. In specific situations, noncustodial parents may be eligible for a total or partial forgiveness of state-owed arrears. See the DCSS Hardship Program Flyer (CSE-1276A) for more information.
