The Migrant Seasonal Farmworker (MSFW) program assists migrant and seasonal farmworkers and Limited English Proficient (LEP) individuals with making career and labor market decisions that will help them achieve economic self-sufficiency and improved living and working conditions. MSFW outreach specialists have an extensive background in farm work to ensure they are aware of and sensitive to socio-economic and cultural issues in agricultural communities.
Eligibility and Requirements
An eligible farmworker or dependent of an eligible farmworker, as defined at 20 CFR 685.110, is eligible for services under the MSFW program.

What to expect once you apply?
- Outreach specialists provide services through Employment Service to the agricultural community – including agricultural employers and workers – and LEP individuals.
- Staff is available in Employment Service offices and ARIZONA@WORK Job Centers to help MSFW and LEP individuals with referral and placement assistance, vocational counseling, testing, and job development.
- Easy access to job search resources and training information.
- Ability to apply for jobs outside of Arizona.
