Using the Arizona Unemployment Insurance Call Center Phone System and Telephone Information and Payment System (TIPS)
Payment Information Inquiries - This option will provide: the latest benefit payment made to you (or information about the last week you filed if you did not receive a payment)and the balance remaining on your current claim. Payment information is also available online.
PIN Reset Option - This option is only available during normal Call Center hours.

Prior Calendar Year Payment Information - This option allows you to obtain payment information for income tax purposes by clicking the following link Information about UI Benefits Paid in 2014 (IRS Form 1099-G) (provided to you in January on IRS Form 1099-G/Copy B)
Employers - Used by employers to obtain general information on various unemployment tax subjects and assistance with questions about Unemployment Insurance Tax issues.
