For AHCCCS Members Less than 21 Years of Age
Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS) is Arizona's Medicaid agency that offers health care programs to serve Arizona residents. Individuals must meet certain income and other requirements to obtain services. One of the services provided is Early and Periodic Screening, Diagnostic, and Treatment (EPSDT). EPSDT is a comprehensive and preventative child health program for AHCCCS members less than 21 years of age. EPSDT has two purposes: to assure health care resources are available and accessible, and to help Medicaid recipients and their caregivers use these resources. Among the services that EPSDT may provide are occupational, physical and speech therapy services.

DCS Comprehensive Medical and Dental Program
For Children in Foster Care
The Arizona Department of Child Safety's (DCS) Comprehensive Medical and Dental Program (CMDP) is the health plan responsible for ensuring, in partnership with foster care providers, the provision of appropriate and quality health care services for the well being of Arizona's children in foster care.
Member Services is the main contact point for calls to CMDP. Member Services helps caregivers and members with questions, concerns or problems about health care services. The Member Services representatives answer questions about enrollment, eligibility, member identification cards, and can help locate a health care provider or pharmacy.
