The Division of Developmental Disabilities ("Division” or "DDD") proposes changes to Operations Manual Chapter 4002 - Client Billing. Policy changes include replacing the word “Department” with the more specific “Office of Accounts Receivable and Collections” and changing “Office of Compliance and Review” to Office of Administrative Review." The Division also proposes to add a statement requiring that the financially responsible person report lump sum payments from the benefit source to the Division and that the Revenue Desk bill a portion of those funds.
