- Negotiate a new Intergovernmental Agreement - to be signed by the Chair of each County participating in the LWDA as the Chief Elected Official (CEO) to include the following:
- Designation of a grant recipient\fiscal agent to receive WIOA funds
- Designation of liability for misuse of funds
- Decision of the composition of the LWDB:
- Whether to retain the current LWDB if the current geographic configuration of the LWDA remains unchanged; or
- Whether to create a new LWDB
- If a new LWDB is formed, the CEOs must submit documentation to the Workforce Arizona Council for Certification

Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to Stakeholders of Northeastern Arizona Stakeholders and to the general public that the Committee will hold a meeting, on Friday, April 8, 2022 at 9:00 a.m. at the City Hall of Show Low in the Deuce of Club Conference room, and via zoom.

Under A.R.S. § 38-431.03(A)(3), Stakeholder Members may vote to go into executive session, which will not be open to the public, for the purpose of obtaining legal advice on any item on the agenda.
At its discretion, the Committee may consider and act upon any agenda item out of order. Stakeholder Members may appear by telephone.
